APOLOGIES, SENATOR. Jim Tressel was Youngstown State's head coach from 1986-2000, winning four (4) NCAA Division I-AA national championships in 1991, 1993, 1994 and 1997. Since he left Youngstown for Columbus in 2001 – and eventually led Ohio State to a BCS Championship in 2002 and two more title appearances in 2006 and 2007 – the Penguins' success has... migrated.
